SUSANNA
Susanna Truax Kintz is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. Susanna practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, real estate, and asset protection.
Susanna represents businesses and individuals relocating to or organizing in California and Nevada, including assisting clients with establishing residency, drafting shareholder, partnership and LLC operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, investor and owner-financed lines of credit and other secured and unsecured transactions, employment and independent contractor contracts, separation agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements and more.
Susanna assists both business clients and individuals with all their estate planning needs, including estate and gift tax mitigation, business succession planning, charitable gifting, minor gifting, trust administration, probate, trust litigation and more.

Susanna’s asset protection practice combines her business law and estate planning practice with her knowledge of fraudulent transfer, bankruptcy and family law, which enables Susanna to devise creative strategies to achieve meaningful creditor protection.
Susanna also assists clients with private real estate transactions, title issues, and other real estate matters.
Susanna graduated from the University of Southern California with a dual degree in mathematics and economics. Susanna earned a JD degree from Chicago Kent College of Law with honors, where she was a member of the law review. Susanna worked for Vedder Price in Chicago, in the corporate and securities law practice areas. Susanna earned an LLM in International Taxation from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with highest honors, focusing in the areas of asset protection, international transactions and international estate planning.
Susanna moved to Nevada in 2010 to pursue her asset protection practice under the favorable tax, trust, and business laws of Nevada. Susanna enjoys the Reno and Lake Tahoe life style and is an avid skier, hiker, golfer, volleyball player, and mountain bike rider.
